Goal I: Establish and nurture positive and productive relationships with members of the Company family in order to better understand the history, norms, values, and traditions of the working community-at-large.
Goal II: Establish a foundation for continuous improvement by identifying strengths and opportunities for personal growth.
Goal III: Collaboratively understand and communicate the company's vision for continuous improvement (growth and achievement), grounded in research-based outcomes and supported by historical data and feedback from staff members, parents, and community-based partners.
