Goal I: Establish and nurture positive and productive relationships with the members of the company family in order to better understand the history, norms, values and traditions of the school community-at-large.

 

• Objective A:  Establish and nurture positive and productive relationships with the team I am assigned to support. 

• Objective B:  Establish and nurture relationships with clients.

• Objective C:  Establish working relationships with direct reports and seek to understand expectations.

Goal II: Establish a foundation for continuous improvement by identifying strengths and opportunities for improvement.

 

• Objective A:  Work with colleagues to determine my strengths as they align to the company's mission and vision.

• Objective B:  Identify targeted areas for growth and define systems and practices for sustainable and continuous improvement.

 

Goal III: Collaboratively develop and communicate a clear vision for producing measurable outcomes.

 

• Objective A:  Establish and communicate a clear understanding of the firms shared vision for employee growth and development.

 

Goal IV: Rally, support, and work aside colleagues as we work toward achieving goals outlined in the company's vision statement.

 

• Objective A:  Develop systems for on-going communication between colleagues focused on a shared vision, collaborative efforts, celebration of individual, and group successes, intervention as necessary and creating momentum.
